        Ordered online 48.00 and came to restaurant to pick up. Came to door at 6:20 and it was locked. Left and got in drive thru and waited forever. Hopefully they can get some additional staff soon. Food was sitting out and cold when I picked it up.

        This will be the next fast food restaurant to shut their doors in Prattville. Never get the order correct. Went in to try and get ketchup. The first associate that saw me didn't help me. I'm assuming that's because they were on break. I'm assuming that because they were eating their personal food... Behind the counter in the food prep area. Anyway, the last three trips I've been here have been horrible. Three strikes... You're out. I won't be back anymore. Also, way too expensive for what it is these days.
