I have lived here for 2 years, and mill be moving out soon because of work. I have to say this has been the best experience. The rent is reasonable, the neighbors are nice, no loud music, and the landlady, Ms. Adae, is just the best. If anything needs to be fixed, just text or a call, and she handles the problem asap. She is fair, and if anyone has a problem, its them not her. It is not new, nor does it have all of the amenties that other apartments have, but the price is good, and its close to everything without being ontop of it. I choose this place hands down over other apartments in Prattville. Living here has been like living amoung family. I will truly miss this apartment.

The best apartment I've had... and I move a lot. Spacious rooms, very quiet complex, very clean exterior.
The manager is super sweet, very involved. Have gotten little bags of candy and doggy bags for my puppies on the holidays.
Always gives notice as to when pest control will be visiting, and maintenance responds very quickly when having issues.
