        I had to get second opinion to get an accurate report on my house. Scott Grimes recommended $30,000 in repairs and yet never took one measurement of any kind. Engineering by walking around. Whether or not I am your client you were inspecting my property. I am a licensed engineer as well. I know what good work looks like.

        This business does not answer the phone or return calls in a timely manner. You will pay top dollar for professionalism and not get it.
