Wrong date on graduation announcements.
What an inconvenience. Only thing offered was to reprint the announcements. They should refund everyone their money as well. Now we have to wait another week to get announcements out to our family and friends. This was supposed to be a special moment for the seniors. Opening their cap/gown and announcements etc. That moment was stolen from them.
Where is quality control? Apparently there is none. I do not recommend this company.

Overpriced garbage. Gown had a huge hole in it. The zippers get stuck and break. Same quality as a Halloween costume. Surprised they're open. Pick it up or close.

This is the second year I have had to deal with this company and every year it’s always the same you can’t get anyone to answer the phone about your order and didn’t receive all of my daughters order for graduation last year and this year my son still don’t have his invitations and several things we ordered for his graduation I will be checking my options for further information on what I can do about this company I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from them

Would not recommend these people to anyone I know! They NEVER answer the phone or call/email back!! Three times my daughter was supposed to of gotten her graduation invitations and she didnt get them. A lot of the seniors gowns that were delivered were actually another schools gowns. Im not sure why Hartselle High School uses this company. Ive read a lot of other reviews and they also seemed to of had issues with this company answering the phone/calling people back.
