I drove over 45 minutes to shop in this boutique. Trying to find it, I called the office and they were laughing and very rude when I was asking for directions and how to find them. Upon arrival, the door was locked and I had to not to get in. Upon coming in, I was told that after having driven 45 minutes that I was not allowed to look at frames. They said looking at their frames are appointment only. I explained I had driven a very long way and she just smirked at me and said you cant look at them today. Ill pay double the price somewhere else just to get friendly and courteous service. Never have I seen such rude staff. They acted like it was a privilege to be in their boutique.Ill go somewhere else and pay double the price Just to be treated like I was a valued customer
