Just got a big bill in the mail from them late on Friday saying I am more than 120 days overdue. I havent been billed a single time before this, and there is no explanation or justification given for this charge. I have not the slightest idea what it is about. So now I will have a wonderful weekend stewing over their idiocy before I can contact them on Monday. Will try Saturday but I think they are closed. Edit: Found it was the deductible from a year ago, they had changed billing software and were way behind, but I had a record from the insurance, you may be billed for that amount, so it was legit. Paid it.
