I called Paradise Pools in Columbus, Georgia this morning to get a quote to repair my in-ground pool, but the only thing the person that answered the phone did was tell me how expensive they are, suggesting I should call someone else because I can't afford them and then he hung up on me. Please provide the service you advertise and get off your high horse.

DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS. We had our pool put in April 2020. We spent 16000 for pool plus new sode, pool cover. They were great as long as we were buying stuff. In the spring of 2021 we called because the water was killing our new grass. The overflow pipe is 4ft from pool in the yard .The backwash pipe is next to our fence killing the grass on the other side of fence. In 2021 We were told they were busy and would come by to extend the pipes on a light working day but never showed. They never showed up. After multiple attempts to get this fixed to no avail. Last night I took pictures of the dead grass and location of pipes. We were never told about the saltwater killing our new grass. Of course, we would had it extended during installation. So today this is the text I got from the owner. "Bobby said he did not say that to her the pool has a back wash line on it he told her he would add on to it and he would charge her for it what is going on has nothing to do with your pool or us we have installed you a beautiful". Had an appointment for an estimate these people were a no show no call kind of business. I gave them the benefit of doubt and called next day lady said she would check into missed appointment never heard back, I'm getting a pool for sure but it sure want be from these clowns,

Installed underground pool for us. Very professional. Always came when they said they would. Installed a fountain and salt water system. Done in a timely manner and very professional. Highly recommend to all family and friends. Will be our first call if we ever need any work done. -Laura & Keith Bowden

I am so disappointed in the job you all did. You didn't landscape the dirt on the backside of the wall you put in so the water would run away from the pool. Instead it is running under the wall and now I have to replace the liner and have it landscaped properly. You didn't put down sod, as promised, but instead, now my lawn is winter grass that looks horrible. The paint on the pool deck is peeling. I am so disappointed in what I thought was a good faith deal. That I paid good money for and still don't have a contract. I got back from another deployment 2 months ago to a train wreck in my back yard. You should be ashamed of yourself. It's taking advantage of people like me your business model.
