Parkwood Health Care

I would prefer no stars. The current DoN lacks professionalism and mishandles her job responsibilities. The minimal competency to perform her job is harmful to the business, residents, and employees. In addition, her toxic actions towards employees and residents has created a hostile work environment. Her constant bullying and angry behavior has increased towards singling out employees to prove her power of authority. Hopefully, this information will help others to be informed of the current DoN's actions.

If I could give zero stars I would. Filled out an application and did an on the spot interview. Ashley the hiring coordinator was very rude and so was the other staff. I was told by another staff member that Ashley had to leave for an emergency (I didnt see anyone leave from the parking lot!) but as I was leaving I saw her come out talking to other staff members, still WORKING!!! This place is bs and everyone lies. I highly recommend no one work here. Also Im glad I didnt get a job here , I heard from a CNA that works there the pay is only $10 hr for CNAs.

This was the most Unprofessional and Unorganized facility. I have ever been inside of. I was hired there and have been in the Nursing field over 28 year's. Doing my interview they never would say what my pay would be until orientation. Once myself and 2 other's showed up for orientation we were told to look at our folders to see our pay. You could have heard Crickets in the room. One nurse was just amazed of the low grade pay this facility pays. The DON was very unfriendly never spoke are introduced herself as she walked by us. I decided this is no place for me.

I was there for Reh from the hospital and it is not cleaned properly and the nursing staff are not very dependable. I will never go back there.
