Strike 3 for me and my wife. The wings are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS fried way to hard! We really wanted this place to work out for us because it's convenient to our home. No thank you. We will drive to Columbus to get our wings.

Dear customers our restaurant has only been open for 3 months, and in order to cater to local tastes, we have made many adjustments. However, pleasing everyone is difficult. Recently, we have been consistently controlling the tenderness of our wings, as there have been almost no complaints about them being too tough in the past month. Perhaps you didn't know that our restaurant offers customers the option to choose the tenderness of their wings. Since you found them tough during your last three visits but didn't inform the cashier that you prefer them softer, please give us another chance. If you let the cashier know you prefer softer wings this time, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. thank you so much.

I have been to the other location over on Victory Drive before, and was not disappointed. Today was my first time visiting the one in Phenix City. The atmosphere was really nice, it was really clean in the restaurant, and the staff was friendly.
Now for the bad part. I placed a call-in order at 3:55pm and was told it would only take 10-15 minutes for my order. So I get the restaurant about 15 minutes later, and ended up finally getting my food at 4:41pm. Almost an hour later. My fries were really cold, my fish was cold, and was also given the wrong flavor of wings. Highly disappointed

I have investigated your order, and it appears that during a busy period with many orders piling up in front of the chefs, your order may have been misplaced. It wasn't until the cashier inquired that we realized your order was missing, leading to your extended wait time. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience. As for the cold fish and the off taste of the wings, I believe the circumstances at the time might have affected your enjoyment of the food. I hope you can return anytime, and I am willing to provide you with the same dish to prove that our food is not subpar. I sincerely hope you can give us another chance. Thank you sincerely.
