I am out of town and recently purchased some balloons for my daughters birthday to be delivered on that day, these were never delivered.
Very disappointed!!

Thanks for NOT delivering the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day. To this day they haven't been delivered! After calling twice to confirm the order was put in. The establishment was known for quality service at one time. New management due to inheritance or purchase has clearly and quickly ruined that.

We ordered my grandmother flowers for her funeral here and they were never delivered. They gave us the run around about where the flowers were. Then was laughing about it over the phone. So after we go down there after the service the girl at the counter says she wouldnt give a f*** if it was her grandma because hers beat her. They are very unprofessional and rude. They could care less that the $200 worth of flowers we ordered for my granny never arrived at her funeral. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Could rate it -0 I would. I took my daughter here for a corsage, they said it would be ready by 11am, got there and wasnt ready, then said it would be ready in 30 mins, came back two hours later STILL not ready! Then they guaranteed the flowers would last all day, as soon as we took it out of the freezer IT WILTED! And they posted a sign saying not refunds or re-design if its not right, but you had to PAY FIRST!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!
