Everybody has seen the new commercial about Wendy's $1. burger right?! Well, evidently theses people haven't. More like whoops I sat on your burgers!!

Never got my food. Everyone behind me did. I ordered chicken nuggets and a burger. They had no idea where my order was and had everyone circle the building. Didn't get a receipt either , just took my money and gave attitude when I asked them where my food was after the third person behind us got their food. Don't waste your time. We spent less time driving to Columbus, placing our order, getting our food and getting home than we spent WAITING for Phenix City to bring our food out.

WAITING ON CORPORATE TO OPEN TO SEND THIS VIDEO OF THERE CASHIER SAYING NUN OF THE RECEIPT MACHINES IN THERE BUILDING WORK N SHE CUDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT BUT TOOK A PIC OF THE ACTUALLY SCREEN which ill post here AND THAT THE 5$ BIGGIE BAGS ARE ACTUALLY 8something MIND u mine rung up to 6.10 because she automatically gives all 3 of them large fries and drinks in which i asked do large fries and drinks come with the biggie bags she says yes basically like wth does basically mean its either they do or they dont so when i get to the window i asked if its a upcharge for the large items thats when she went to talkn bout the price went up they are not 5$ anymore AND SHE DNT KNOW Y THEY DONT CHANGE THE PRICE ON THE MENUS BECAUSE THE PRICE BEEN WENT UP THEN TURNS AROUND N SAY THEY GOING UP NEXT MONTH LIKE MAM IDC NUN BOUT DAT IM GOING OFF THE PRICE DA SIGN SAY TODAY NOT NEXT MONTH so i asked the guy wat her name was he Says i cant give you her name like they working for the CIA OR SUM I said bby yal litterally suspose to have name tags on so when she cum back to window she gne say i cant give u my name but they a know who was werking at wat time like wattttt yea little do she know the whole incident recorded and ill glady send corporate the video tomorrow morning when i call

A beautiful, clean, and comfortable place. Clean bathroom. Big parking lot, The food was hot and tasted fresh. Service was great. We'll go again.

I thought the McDonalds on 280 bypass was bad. These people are rude too! I only ordered a baked potato and it looked like it had been ran over by a car! Just terrible! Get it together Phenix City!!!
