Really quick..The cameras there are on live feed only. The director does not have access to them. Cameras there provide a false sense of security. My son came home with a bruised knot on his forehead while in their care and out of 4 teachers no one saw anything. The director couldn't explain what happened and took no responsibility after telling me verbally via telephone she would take responsibility and write up an incident report which I was to receive during our meeting. Instead, she wrote 2-3 sentences telling me no one saw anything Thanks. That was it, along with a bunch of I'm sorry this happened. There's more to it. Anyway, I put in our 2 week notice to remove my son from there. I wasn't charged for the week, neither did I have to put in a 2-week notice to remove him. I don't need to watch my son via video while my son was in their care however, I needed to see what happened to him. Make sure to examine your child when you go to get them. My son couldn't tell me what happened. I saw this same complaint from someone else and their 6month infant at this same location which I overlooked. Accidents happen yes, however, something was not making sense during our meeting. The director was the last person to have physical contact with him just before I got there. She claim it wasn't on his head. So, when and how did it happen? No one knows. The director covered herself and her staff. The cameras are useless. Your child could come up missing and you'll have no footage to view..that's what was basically told to us because she doesn't have access. Make it make sense. Child negligence is what they offer.

This is a wonderful place for all kids and Mis. O is the best at this facility and all her staff. They are very helpful. I am so grateful for them, they are just like family. Love you all and will definitely miss y'all

Childcare network is a wonderful daycare. My child been attending there for about three years now and I love it.. I never had a problem with communication or with anything else definitely recommend.

My experience here was a bit of a nightmare. These vindictive untrustworthy two faced workers will get upset at you relating to something you didn't do or your child acting out or having issues. They will exaggerate it and then go behind your back and make a complaint as if you are doing something wrong and not really knowing what's going on instead of confronting you like a real woman. Some of the workers have vindictive ways! Don't trust these women because they will have anything negative to say about you or even your kid just because they have a problem with you or something you or your child did!
