THIS GUY IS A CROOKED POWDER HEAD. CHARGED ME $680 TO REPLACE A STARTER. 1ST IT WAS $580 THEN HE WENT UP TO$680. NEVER AGAIN. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!I ASKED HIM GOR A DETAILED RECEIPT HE HESITATED TO PROVIDE THAT!! ALSO TRIED TO SAY I HAD A TERRIBLE OIL LEAK TO GET MORE MONEY, IVE HAD MY CAR BACK A WEEK NOW AND NO SIGNS OF OIL LEAKING ANYWHERE IN THE GARAGE. SUCH A EVIL 2TIMING MECHANIC THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE NICE YOW TRUCK DRIVER, HOPEFULLY HE FINDS A BETTER JOB SOON.

I have to agree with all the negatives reviews here, Snaps Super Shop is the worst I have encountered in all my 50 years of owning vehicles. When I called a friend of mine whom is out of state, who owns his own shop, to question if the owner of this shop was overcharging me, he stated he was. My father raised me in a motor shop, so I know when I am being taken advantage of and as a female I have the rights to questions why so much. At that point the owner went the hell off on me in front of a co-worker I had with me, and refused to accept my dept card and proved he had no respect for females by calling them a Bitch and whatever he could spit out of his mouth. At that point he demanded cash only, knowing I had no cash, and then tried to make me leave his property without my car, I called the police because I was not leaving my car in his care any longer after his severe unprofessionalism. Once my co-worker got back with cash and gave him the money, he still wanted to prove his unprofessionalism, by continuing to call me a Bitch. I will be reporting this all to the BBB, because if he treats women like he does because some women know when they are being taking advantage of and questions him, God only knows, what he does to woman that know nothing about cars at all. Word of mouth goes a long way and I will make sure anyone asking where to take their cars, to make sure they stay away from Snaps.

Snap is an awesome towing company. Snap is a awesome dude and is very helpful. Hes a very kind guy and help as much as he can. Im thankful for God put him in my life.
