        Rent changes all the time. Dont think it's worth $650. If I renew will have to pay a rent increase. Good location right highway. No pool or playground. Quiet community. Nicely updated. Newly done parking lot. No balcony. There's a complex down the street with the exact same floor plan for $525-$550. If this apartment was between $500-$550 I would never leave.
