Let me tell you why you want Hope Rhoades to be your realtor. Over a year ago, Hope was a listing agent on a home we were interested in looking at. Sadly, at that time the house was under contract and was about to be closed on. However, we never knew that a mere text would begin the house hunting saga for me and my husband, Matthew. We looked, searched the internet, did not know where we wanted to really live and after loads of disappointments, taking breaks in the process, and trusting Hope to be by our side - we closed on our first home Friday, March 15, 2024. Hope is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and will let you ask her ANYTHING and if she does not know the answer - she has a plethora of connections that she will get you to the right person, to have the right answer.
