Kathy,I totally understand being disappointed that you were not able to receive your scheduled services twice recently. My goal and intention is to not disappoint my clients, but due to unexpected and extraordinarily challenging circumstances, I had to cancel. I took much consideration in my decisions to cancel, as I always do if I believe I am unable to successfully and appropriately deliver at 100%.February 27th, I had an unexpected and important meeting that was scheduled, not by me, that I had to attend concerning buying a new house that was I was scheduled to close on AND move into on February 29th. After packing up and moving a whole house and unpacking and setting up a new house, I discovered unhealthy air quality within the home and an unhealthy environment in the crawlspace under the house. The day before your second schedule appointment I became ill. Like I mentioned to you, I had hoped that I would feel well enough the next morning to push through and see you. My symptoms exacerbated overnight. I canceled my appointments and had a consultation with my local herbalist and went to an NP for a vitamin infusion. I reached out to three experts in the field of air quality and they recommended removing my family and contents of my house immediately. So yes, I did cancel again. I attended to my immediate health needs and began repacking in preparation for movers who were arriving the very next day! WHEW! Sometimes when it rains it not only pours, but storms! And this storm has been a doozy, but I have faith in the light that is coming. I understand being disappointed in not being able to receive your scheduled services twice, but I had to make the choice to do what was right for me, which was choosing the health of my daughter, my pets, myself, and all of my belongings.
