Magic City property inspections is hands down the best inspection company Ive ever used.
Bill was thorough, and transparent, came prepared, and just an overall great guy.
Ive bought several homes and used many inspectors, and I started to paint them all with a broad stroke thinking they didnt know all that much and werent detailed, but Bill, to my delight, proved me wrong.
I will 100% use Bill and his team from here on whenever I purchase any future properties and recommend him to anyone I can. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Bill did a phenomenal job combing through every inch of my home. Not only was he able to find things that I have been able to fix but they have also saved me money and energy and heat in My Home. His detailed inspection report was a godsend, and I still use it even months after I made my purchase. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home or property.
