        Dropped a dress off to get cleaned. Show up to pick it up and they charged me a large amount claiming it's a formal gown charge. It was a silk slip dress, not a formal gown. I asked why they didn't let me know before hand and the owner said "if you have to ask the price of something then it's probably not the place for you to be". The front desk employee was super nice and understood my frustration. Owners were very rude. When I got home there was still a stain on the dress.
