I went to Pell City, AL. WALMART to have new tires installed. While there I watched the guy installing my tires get mad and slammed my driver side door so hard that i thought it would break. When he came in for me to pay I said I didnt appreciate him slamming my car door the way he did. He didnt say anything so when I made my payment I ask him if he heard me and he said YEAH I HEARD YOU AND YOU NEED TO SHUT YOUR SMART MOUTH AND GET OUT OF HERE. I told the one I thought was the manager about it and he said he would file a complaint about him but it wouldnt do any good because that guy and the manager was buddies. He also said that they have been several complaints about him before but nothing ever was done about it. Ive worked in public relations before and thats no way to treat customers. Service: Tires
