I highly recommend DryTech for their exceptional water damage and restoration services. The team, led by Russell Ellis, displayed outstanding knowledge, clarity, and effectiveness throughout the process.Communication with him was great. He always responded quickly even on the weekend. He explained everything that would be done in detail and followed up with us as each step was completed. Also a shoutout to Emily for her assistance in speaking directly with my mortgage company. Emily answered/explained the questions they had regarding the paperwork submitted for the insurance payment and disbursement thereof.

Water leakinsurance claimcompetitor company.
We did not know how things worked when our kitchen got flooded. All we could do was ask our insurance agent and go with who they gave us. Things seemed to start to come together; however, after several conflicting opinions from separate people within the competitor company, we knew something wasnt right.
We ended up finding Drytech for a second opinion and were blown away by how differently things were explained to us. The project manager assigned to us, Russell, was on top of every step of the process. Every worker that stepped through our door was respectful, worked hard, and did a great job. The end product (Kitchen Restoration) was excellent and we are very happy.

This company provided the most exuberant service I have ever receive from businesses I work closely with especially since the pandemic. It started from the amazing quick professional same day emergency appointment from Ken. He took his time to explain in detail about the process to ensure safety first and how those procedures will resolve the issue to minimize further damages. The entire staff were extremely professional, clean, uniformity, consistent, and very knowledgeable about what each person vital roles were in the process, they thoroughly were explaining the next steps to getting my home back to wholeness from the damages that subsequently from the water exposure. Vaughn was also so passionate about the importance of making sure things flow smoothly. This company is beyond the best in its industry and competitors can not touch the experiences that DryTech provided. They treat this small project like it was a large project so I know when a company is that committed and dedicated to the small just imagine their impact for larger projects!
