Do not rent from these people go to another U-Haul they are very unorganized here and not very helpful, and the lady behind the counter is rude terrible customer service when took trailer back she told me she had to have the phone # that it was booked under my wifes didnt have it in front of me to look up and print receipt said she could not look it up under my name which I know was not true because I called in the day before and she found it then under my name ,several other issues to long to go into would give them 0 stars if could

I never write reviews, but wanted to take the time for this because I have done business with U-Haul for over 15 years. There's a gentleman there by the name of Logan that has been working there for sometime now. Out of all the people that currently work at this location I must say he has had the kindest behavior and best CUSTOMER SERVICE skills of anyone there. He has always treated my family with the upmost respect and that's hard to find this day and age.

Everything went very smoothly. I set up rental through the UHaul app. Very user-friendly to use. Kendra was at the desk when I arrived to get the van and she could not have been nicer, or more helpful. Also talked to Kierra (Manager) and I found her to be very knowledgeable with a great personality. I would definitely recommend this company moving forward. Thanks for making everything so easy!
