I came back for an update glasses appointment and it was the worse experience a teenager can go through when its their first time going without their parents. Left the office crying my eyes out because i was getting blamed that i never mentioned i am not getting contacts after they did a contacts fitting and then told me i had to pay $90 when i did tell them. i told them 3 times actually that im only here for NEW GLASSES. Im not trying to be dramatic but truly im a bit traumatized because they made me feel like a liar and i wasnt lying.

My Wife and I went for her yearly checkup. She was told she would be getting the transitional eyeglasses. When she received them they were not transitional as explained, only clear. My wife spent over 350 for these as well. Only to be told she would have to spend an additional 80.00 dollars to get the transitional lense. Myself and my wife were very disappointed by the unprofessional manner in which this place does business.
