    I had the fortune of contacting this business to move a gun safe for me. Their work I considered was not good, but superb, extremely professional, prompt and going out of their way to making it very satisfactory. I commend their director/owner, Kim, who provided me with prompt service and to making the move run smoothly. Sorry, couldnt find a single fault to report.     I just used Move Masters and was very dissatisfied. I would not recommend or use them again. I had a very expensive bedroom suite and they dropped my chest and it was severely damaged. By their own admission it was a rookie mistake ! They repaired it but Kim made no attempt to offer any compensation for the chest being damaged and losing value. They moved an upright freezer that worked perfectly before it left on the truck. A few days later we go to the basement and discover water running from the freezer. We realized the door was not shutting properly. The vacuum seal was not working and the door would not close completely. I lost hundreds of dollars of meats, fresh vegetables and fresh strawberries. No one had touched the freezer since it was set in the basement by Move Masters.I was assured before I hired this company that they were insured and bonded. Therefore, I was shocked when she refused to be responsible for my freezer and loss of food. She was also rude and hateful. I hope I save someone from having the same horrible experience that I had. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau!

    Judy Waters is to be ignored about her complaints about Move Masters. Move Masters is the best moving company around and I'm about to move again in about a month and searched my bank statements to find them again. I don't like having to move but when I do, I will always use this moving company.

Ms. Waters, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. As you stated our crew did damage the top of your dresser, we immediately pointed the damage out to you and we IMMEDIATELY had it repaired and returned to you. In fact it was so well repaired that you yourself could not tell which side of the top was damaged. The dresser top was made of pressed wood, not a solid piece of wood and the resale value is unchanged. The freezer was a very old upright freezer that you stated you filled with everything from your refrigerator in the house you were moving from as you were not taking that refrigerator but had not previously emptied prior to your move. You stated that the freezer was now not working and everything in it had thawed and had to be disposed of. We asked you for a picture and you promptly took one and sent it to us. In the picture that you took five days later there was solid ice in a tray, there was ice on the shelves, and there was a pile of ice in the bottom of the freezer. Two days later at your home we also observed ice still in the freezer. I find it hard to believe that all the food was thawed while none of the ice was. The freezer was moved on a four wheel dolly, not carried or dropped as you initially tried to claim. While the freezer was being moved the crew had to hold the door shut as it was so full the door couldn't close and the contents were spilling out. When we inspected the freezer at your home after your claim, it was pointed out to you that the inside casing under a shelf was cracked and you were shown how that could happen if the shelf was overloaded and transported on a truck where road conditions may cause it to slightly bounce. There was no damage to the outside of the freezer.When you reached out to us five days after your move you did not ask me to evaluate the damage. Instead you immediately stated you wanted to file a claim with our insurance. That was an odd request from someone who had just witnessed how quickly we address damages caused by us. Perhaps after seeing how quickly and professionally we handled the damaged chest you may have believed other damage claims will be paid without question. It is also concerning that you mention compensation for the chest even though it was repaired and returned to you. You implied that if we did not file a claim with our insurance company you will leave us negative reviews. These conversations were recorded and the pictures you sent are saved. We regret that you damaged your freezer by overfilling it but we do not take responsibility for containers packed by the customer. You repeatedly commented on how much you appreciated our customer service as other movers would not even come to your home to give you an estimate but we did. You also stated how nice, polite, and professional the crew was. You were so pleased with the crew that you tipped them even after damaging your chest. We wish you many years of happiness in your home and appreciate you telling our future customers that we repaired the chest damaged by us.
