I would like to highly recommend Jennifer as your agent when selling or buying a home. She helped me sell my home in October last year (Pelham).during an uncertain time because the interest rates were so high. Jennifer was highly professional and knowledgeable in navigating around the real estate market and helping us get the best price for our property. I felt like I could text her at anytime to ask a question or tell her my fears and concerns during this process. She literally made it all happen and stayed at my house to meet contractors late into the evening when we had an issue at closing. She is a dear friend and trusted sister in Christ -she also did a phenomenal job when helping my daughter purchase her first home a few years ago- We will definitely use her again when ready to seek a lot and build a home.
