I cannot speak highly enough about Tracy Coyne with ARC REALTY CO. & the service she provided! She literally had me looking at houses within days of the mere mention of me wanting to buy & drove me all over Birmingham in search of it! Every day we spent together, which were quite a few, she was beyond professional, always willing to go at the drop of a hat & we died laughing doing it! We must have looked at no less then 18-25 homes in 2 weeks time & when we did find my home, she was right on top of it! Relentless to the very end, we were even able to close a week earlier than planned!! This woman in a miracle worker & I cannot recommend her enough!
