        Sadly not the experience I was hoping for. I only went here because of a deal I had got on Groupon. I saved money but got what I paid for. The stylist did not consult me on my base color, she didn't provide much feedback to my cut request nor gave me what I wanted and she did not style my hair. I also still had dye left in the back of my head so when I left I immediately had to put my hair up so it wouldn't stain my clothes and shower when I got home to rinse the remaining dye out. Next time, I'll just save my money and go get the better experience than come here.

        Mckenzie is awesome at what she does! She always responds quick for appointments and listens to what you want while you're in the chair. It took me months to find a hair stylist when I moved to the area. I'm so glad I found her!

        Makenzie is amazing!! She did everything I asked and even when I had a problem with my hair after my appointment, she was willing to fix it for me immediately!! Couldnt recommend her enough!

      I am so sorry your experience with us did not go as well as you expected. I am confused though….you asked for a shade darker than your natural…we did that for you. I was present during this discussion. The stylist did trim your hair about an inch and put long layers in and did face framing. I also remember you getting it blown dry. Sorry you felt this was not done. As for the color, we use skin stain remover after every color but unfortunately some skin tones tend to grab the color and stain it more than normal. This could have been easily been fixed had we known or maybe explained how you can clean the extra stain off once you shampoo. I do remember the stylist asking you about your hair when she had finished. Your response was that you liked it. We can only fix things if we know you aren’t happy. As for the cost, you received a great service for the Groupon price. Groupons are usually for stylist that are building their clientele. With the great length you had, a normal salon visit would have cost you double with a seasoned stylist. Satisfaction is important to us and we are sorry you were not satisfied .
