Was recommended here by Parrish Automotive for an issue Parrish wasn't currently equipped to handle. Arrived at Cahaba Tire Pros and spoke to Justin. He, too, didn't have the equipment needed for my job. Justin took the time to review what I needed, made a recommendation to Scott's Auto Repair, and even called Scott's Auto Repair to confirm the availability equipment/time slot. Though Justin didn't have an immediate income opportunity, he went above and beyond his job to help me.

Had a bad experience at another place so I was nervous about going somewhere else. I ordered my tire online and scheduled an appointment. They got back to me quickly to confirm. I arrived early and they had my car ready before my actual appointment time. The service associate also thanked for brightening the technicians day over a personal story, made me smile as well. Thank you guys for taking care of me today.

Had a blowout on our camper they were the only ones that said they were capable to change it and they also had multiple of the tires I needed in stock where the others would have had to order it.. I pulled it around to the back of the shop and they got me on my way
