Jeremy, We are sorry to hear about your experience and displeasure with our Smart ATMs. Even though our Smart ATMs have taken the place of drive-thrus, they do offer the opportunity to talk with one of our virtual representatives if you need assistance. Also, they did not take any jobs away from our employees. In fact, the employees who worked drive-thru got promoted to Member Service Representatives! Good afternoon, Mike! While we no longer have traditional drive-thru service, we do have Smart ATMs that allow you to perform your banking transactions. We also have Virtual Assistants who are able to assist and walk you through a transaction while you are using a Smart ATM. All you have to do is press the "Help" button during business hours, and an assistant will appear on the screen to help you through the process. While the method of our drive-thrus has changed, our commitment to delivering exceptional financial service to you has not.
