      image After having our room canceled by the TRU hotel in PRATTVILLE AL, we called this Hampton Inn in Ozark and luckily for us, Crystal was on duty. She told us not to worry, apologized for the other Hilton property and went above and beyond for us. She was fantastic! This location is nice and very clean with a great breakfast. We most definitely will call here first next time. Thank you Crystal, so much, for your professionalism and kindness.

      image THE worst Hilton property I've ever experienced. Staff was absent from front desk 90% of the time. Had to knock loudly on the closed manager's door to get any service for checkout. Sink was clogged and never remedied after 3 requests. Housekeeping was poor at best with dirty tile and carpet in room. Food mess on hallway floor left for 3 days. Breakfast was soggy and tasteless.
