Went to the drive through and was asked to hold on which I didnt mind but was waiting for a solid 10 minutes before I could even place my order. The place wasnt busy at all. Then it took them even longer to cook a SMALL fry and it was honestly ridiculous the wait time for two simple things off the menu.I only ordered a small fry and large mac and cheese and was waiting for another 10 minutes for just the fries. Ive worked fast food and currently work fast food and know drive through times are important and its like they were the least bit concerned about it. Ive managed a pizza hut myself and know how food business works and the way the held theirselves here it felt they didnt care to take the order to begin with. The wait at the drive through to place the order was so ridiculous that a car behind me left and it was only me and 2 other vehicles in line.

I have to say this is one of the worst popeyes I've ever been to. Not sure how they're still in business. Have to wait 20mins for a 6pc wing and watch Cars drive off out of the drive through. A trip to Dothan would be way more worth it.

Ordered 5 peice tender dinner. The tenders I couldn't even eat! It was like a flakey rubber texture and dark in color. I even put them in to oven to cook some, thinking it was under cooked. No change after 10 mins of additional baking. Tossed it in the trash. Didn't feel, taste and look like chicken to me. So disappointed.
