      image Young gentleman in training outside taking orders was obviously in training and the manager came outside barking orders in front of us about upselling which I understand but coaching him in front of a customer was extremely unprofessional and then get to the window the assistant manager hands the tea over and just says the lid isnt on. Why not put it on? Really. Management seems to need a little check and be nicer.
