Ive called several times on many different days and weeks with NO ANSWER . Hours say 9am - 7pm but every time Ive gone over there in person the doors are locked and nobody is there . This is absolutely ridiculous . If youre not going to get up and open your store at 9am like your hours say then how are you going to have a successful business ?? Just like today Ive called several times since 9am to try and book with them and got no answers , decided to drive over there and to no surprise theres nobody there and the doors are locked !

In a nutshell neither the daughter or mother are practicing standard sanitation so definitely not following COVID protocol. Theyre also both rude as they dont greet or talk to their customers but rather have conversations with each other or whomever theyre on the phone with. The daughter is always outside smoking and the moms nails should be knives the way she uses them to unnecessarily push back your cuticles and sides instead of using an actual tool.
I was excited about a nail salon in my area that seemed to have the quality of the ones I go to in Birmingham and Atlanta. Ill never know if what I seen on social media is true. Ive made 3 attempts to get my nails done by the person whose work is shown on Instagram and Facebook. I booked my daughter and myself for the 1st visit but only my daughter was able to get hers done. My daughter had to wait 2 hours for her appointment and I had to cancel because I was now late for work. My daughters nails were done by the older lady and the younger lady did the designs but quality was no where near whats on social media. I thought the daughter was doing my nails on the second turn but it was the mom and she is not good. There was no apex, my nails were lumpy and now I have to grow my natural nails out more because of damage. Service: Acrylic nails

She did an amazing job! Being pregnant I'm unable to reach my feet so this was relaxing and much needed! She was so caring, she even walked me to my car since it was raining to make sure I was being careful! This was my second time coming here and will definitely recommend!
