A friend and I called ahead and made a reservation for 5pm. They said they had no wait time. We arrived at 4:30pm and left at 5:15 after no one around us had been seated at all. There were four people waiting that said they also had made reservations for 5pm. We drove 30 minutes because they said they had no wait time. Worst customer service ever.

Ive never felt led to leave a google review. However, I had the worst experience at this establishment yesterday. Customer service was very POOR. I requested two services- a deluxe pedicure and powder dip(French). I noticed how the tech was softly scrubbing my feet compared to the tech next to her. I lifted my leg so that she could scrub the back of my heels, she didnt. Okay fine. She then proceeds to put the hot towels on my legs and began the process of removing the current powder dip getting residue all over my clothes and shoes that were on the floor, which took about 5 minutes. The experience started getting WORSE. The towels were of course cold by the time she took them off and began rubbing my legs with the cold towels. The stones of course had gotten cold by the time she decided to rub my legs and feet. I told her that she had gotten residue all over my pants. No verbal response, just roughly attempted to remove the residue. She also removed my cell phone from where I had it placed without even asking while I was still in the chair getting a pedicure. You shouldnt touch peoples belongs without asking. Thats rude. After the pedicure I then go and sit in the chair to get my nails done, I bend down to put my shoes on the floor and she began shaking the towel getting residue in my eyes and on my clothes. I simply stopped in my tracks and just looked. I couldnt believe this was happening, I kept my cool, dusted the residue off my clothes and she shook the towel AGAIN! I almost lost my composure, I looked her in the eyes, like are you really doing this ?? I also noticed how they interacted with people of color. Their demeanor, tone and attitude changes when interacting with Caucasian People. One lady was their with her biracial child and by her body language I could tell it made her feel uncomfortable as she too was observing how the techs were interacting with certain customers. No need to apologize, I WILL NOT BE BACK. & I still tipped even after a bad experience.

Ive been twice and had 2 different nail techs do the ombr and my nails have looked great both times! They dont do the bologna where they charge a charge for using a card and I appreciate that. They have a lot of colors to choose from and will help you find something, if you need help! I will definitely drive from Jacksonville to Oxford, passing all others, to have my nails done right!!

You can fix it after I spent $60 and Ive only had them on 3.days?! Ill never go back here after I get this nail fixed. Theyre over priced as well and dont do a great job.

I am sorry for what happened to your nail, first of all, we have to look at the nail to see how bad the nail break, it might be bleeding, and if fixable or not that might not be fix til it heal, we did not said we not going to fix the nail, and on the phone you said F this F that, and thats is not acceptable, but we did get your nail fixed no matter what happen again sorry
