        On March 29th around 11:00pm myself and two other coworkers made individual mobile app orders. When my coworker went to pick up the orders they were closed. I called the next evening and spoke to an extremely rude gentleman who stated he was in charge. After being accused of lying he finally agreed to send the information to his boss so a refund could be issued. Myself and my coworkers have still not received our refunds.

        Manager offered me a refund for order I placed at 11pm but never received due to location being seemingly closed. Never got this refund, was still charged for the whole order that I never received and mind you that is money that could have been used to get food that I could have actually received, but instead they never gave it back like they promised they would and then told my friends we were lying about the store being closed but we were not. The drive through never went off automatically like he insisted it did and nobody came to the window when my friend pulled up just in case. I would like my money back, please.
