Kat, the evening front desk person, made my bad experience with Expedia l, so much better! She was able to sort out the mishap and made everything ok! Couldnt thank her enough! And the updated too are great.

A lot of room noise
Too much noise all the time from the rooms and the hallway, difficult to rest

We stayed at this location for a few nights for a work event nearby. The service; especially Kat is top notch. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, all linens and towels freshly laundered. No stains or debris on the couch or chairs. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had (and I travel a lot). There was the typical offerings of waffle bar, yogurt, bagels, toast and cereal but then they added Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage links. I used the laundry room while I was staying which was convenient with an app and there are several restaurants within walking distance.
Rooms: Clean and spacious. Kitchenettes are very handy.
Nearby activities: Yuma hibachi, Mellow Mushroom pizza, Fuji asian cuisine, nail salon, antique store all walkable.
