Went in today for canning jars, online wasn't letting me order them for the online clearance. They went above and beyond to help me. Helped me get everything else on my list. Definitely going back. Friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices too.

I placed an order through the Ace Hardware app. I received the order confirmation and also the confirmation that the order was ready to pickup. The day after placing the order, I drove 30 minutes (one way) to the store and was told that the item was not marked right and I would not receive what I had paid for. I asked for a refund and asked why someone didn't call me to let me know before driving to the store. The manager asked, if they have my phone number and I pointed to my number that was on all three sheets of paper they had for my order. He did apologize and walked away. I'm not as aggravated about the item being priced wrong as I am about not being notified before I drove that far to the store. This is extremely poor customer service that'll cause me to shop somewhere else from now on.
