Switched membes ship from another gym in town. This gym is by far much better suited to what I like to work with. There's plenty of equipment and main reason I can is 24/7 accessstaff is great. Just like all others you have the cell phones sitting at equipment and selfie crowd . Seems those using phones could move to another place instead of sit sit and sit more. Some of us are actually there to work out not just to sit doing very little.while on phone

Ive been going here for about half a year and its pretty great. Everyone ive met there is friendly and wants to help you progress in the gym. the staff is friendly and so is the owner.

Great place, been going there as a "guest" for about 2 years now. The staff is super chill, just hello and goodbye the way I like it. Equipment selection is great, love the stair climber.
