Had to wait a long time because a machine that supposedly doesn't work for cash only working with cards took my change while there was no help to be found I had to wait over 5 mins at the machine to be punished for some liberal democratic card use promoting ideology. Never using another racetrack. I'm going where people wait on you, not you on them and where there is no line for people wanting to use cash.

The older lady with the large mole on her face was incredibly rude to my wife and children who were traveling home after a long distance trip. Forced them to use the men's restroom and the ladies restroom magically opened while they were peeing. Then when checking out when my wife got to the counter she employee said, oh and walked away leaving them to switch to another line. My wife is quiet and passive. The lady is just a rude nasty person. Not sure why she is so miserable but I don't appreciate my family being treated that way for no reason. Thumbs down on service.

This is a 24-hour establishment, so one would believe it is attended to around the clock. Not so with the Women's Restroom; specifically the handicapped-accessible stalls. I have to use the "grab bars" when I 'need to go'. Both of the equipped stalls had toilets full of excrement and were unusable. At the time of my visit, I saw three female staff members on duty; so, one would think, such a situation should not have been able to escalate to the level the toilets were. I feel this is highly unacceptable. I'm thankful I was able to sit and stand to 'take care of business' with just minor pain and inconvenience. Fix your problems Racetrac, before a fully disabled person is unable to use your facilities at this location, and a lawsuit occurs! EPIC FAIL!
