Very nice experience. The young lady who assisted me was very nice and helpful in making a decision. I think I will love my loveseat. Just wish you delivered to Sylacauga Alabama.

They wouldn't even get one star from me, but unfortunately it's required for a review. Save your money, time, and the headache and go elsewhere to buy furniture. I called them Saturday to pay off our account and was told what we owed on it. I asked 4 times were they positive that this was the exact amount to 100% cover the account in full so we wouldn't be billed again. She firmly said "yes" all 4 times. I gave her my account #, my phone number, and then our credit card information. Afterwards, we called it a day when she said she was finished and the account was paid in full and it should reflect within 72 hours. Great I thought. I wrote all this down to keep my own record and I asked if they would mail a statement to show paid in full, and she said we could print off the account statement online to show it was paid off. I thanked her and we hung up. Needless to say we don't know who took our card# because the account isn't paid off and no payment was taken, and now we owe MORE than what was quoted to us Saturday evening though I asked 4 times for that information. No thank you. I will be calling corporate to report this as well. We will NOT ever do business here again, period. You lost two great customers on this one. If you drop the ball and screw up, FIX it! Treating people like this will never help you retain business or relationships with your customers.

Heather was the best. If you shop here make sure you talk to her. Very helpful and willing to show us many different things.
