Brought my car here it was scheduled to have a clutch put in but I told them to get the car running right because it ran bad they ordered a random part and then put a clutch in it without my permission or telling me how much it cost now my car still runs bad doesn't run any better and they have a new clutch that I'm not even sure if I needed and a huge bill they charge 50% more on labor than Cobb right behind them quoted me I guess that's why they didn't tell me the price before they changed the clutch

I wanted a 4 wheel alignment and was not given that. I had to go to another shop and get it done. I called and told them about it and was told I was wrong, that she knew they did it and was not given any apology for the inconvenience. The wear on my tires was very noticeable and from what the good mechanic told me my car was way out of line whoever put in the recalled parts probably didn't align it but it ruined my back tires after about 2 months so that should tell you it drove bad too. If they didn't do it or didn't have time or whatever the excuse was the least they could've done would be to not charge me for something I didn't get and to tell me that it wasn't done. Also they leave your keys in the cars ignition so that alone is very unprofessional in my opinion. I will not be going back nor would I recommend this place.
