I would say I'd love for nothing more to have a good/perfect review but as of right now I can't. I had this company come out and remove two oaks from my property and getting to the tree cutting day was honestly fine. I wouldn't say punctual but for the most part all services and work done to this point has been adequate. Both trees, yard, and property had all been taken care of and promptly handled without damage being done for whatever it's worth. Now, the dissatisfaction. I was under the impression I was getting the stumps ground within the timeframe I was proposed and of course that was at a later date. Waiting for over a month and without much in communication I have now paid for my stump removal service without getting the stumps removed. This was since December and as of now, not a single call after weeks of waiting since the new year. With all that being said I still want the work done and would have rather made this a 5 star review as I was happy about the service but not the lack of communication afterwards and still need stumps removed and trees planted as the first frost has already occurred. I'm not sure what the issue is but after calling about a dozen times and leaving messages I'm honestly just fed up with the lack of professionalism.

I contacted them to cut down six trees. They scheduled me and did not show up or call. I called and left multiple messages and finally got a hold of them. They scheduled again and did not call or show up. I contacted them and for the third time they scheduled and did not show or call, this is a horrible business to try to do business with

Called Thomas and promptly received a quotation. He said the work would be done in the next few days. After 2 more calls to him and 2 more promises that the work would be done in the next week, it was still not done, and Thomas had not contacted me to offer any information or explanation. This all happened over a 3 week period. I would have understood if he had just responded or given me some explanation, but..nothing from him. I cannot recommend this company as this is unprofessional behavior. I finally gave up and contacted another company. The company I used actually received extra work and Thomas missed a pretty nice job.
