Justin is simply the best! From start to finish (a drawn out process) he guided me through every step. He was thorough and even did a 2nd inspection when my insurance tried to only replace half my roof! He was easy to communicate with and everything he and his company said transpired without issue. I would highly recommend Mountain Valley simply based on the quality customer service. Justin treated me as if he were dealing with family or friend. It didn't feel like business, and that is service at it's best!

After receiving several quotes from local roofing companies, Mountain Valley Roofing and Exteriors rose above all others and was hired to perform a full roof replacement for our home - From initial communication, scheduling the inspection, all the way through completion, the entire team was outstanding - The quality and timeliness of the project was on point - The roofing crew performed all tasks with excellence and also addressed several roofing/structural issues that were uncovered during the removal/installation process due to it being an older roof and one that had endured all kinds of extreme weather - The entire team from the office staff to the crew performing the work, there were absolutely zero issues - An additional plus is their experience in dealing directly with home owners insurance, which made the process seamless and was greatly appreciated - We are quite pleased with the overall results and look forward to continuing the next phase addressing various interior issues caused by our aging and damaged roof - Highly recommend this local, family owned operation...
