        Steve's team, including Mary and Carrie, were THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Responsive, professional, gracious, forthcoming, supportive, quick, thorough, courteous, kind, fair...I cannot say enough GREAT things about working with them. They made me feel comfortable, confident, and in-the-loop...communication was SUPERB; the app was very helpful, and the " buy now, refi later" program is encouraging! Overall, I will ALWAYS recommend Steve's team at Fairway!

        By far the most dishonest, incompetent mortgage lender I have had the displeasure of employing. Steven Allen and David Barnett not only made financial decisions for us, they refused to reverse their decisions in a timely manner which cost us thousands of dollars. Steve and David never provided the necessary documents for us to review prior to closing. The first time we reviewed the documents were in front of the attorney. Both individuals stated they would be available during closing if any issues arose, when called their phone were off and thousands of our money was lost. I would never recommend these individuals nor their mortage company, not sure how someone could do this to anyone especially a disabled veteran.
