Took our large 5000watt Honda generator in for a tune up after it sat all winter in the tool trailer. It had bad fuel in the tank. When I called to make appointment to get it in for tune up the owner stated he could get to it right away.. not the case. I ended up calling four times in a 2 1/2 weeks and every time she stated it was coming up on the list to work on. Explained to her that was the only reason I brought it there was because the owner stated he could get to it asap. She didnt have an explanation. She explained when I picked it up that the fuel was bad and they had gotten it all cleaned out and tuned up and working good. Got it back to the job site and it ran for approximately 3 mins and died. It would start then die over and over. One of my crew members took the fuel tank off and proceeded to clean it out and it was unreal of all the trash and rust that came out of the tank. Once we got that cleaned out it ran good. OCR charged us $130 to do a tune up and clean out fuel tank. It was apparent that was never done according to what I took pictures of that came out of the fuel tank. I didnt even bother calling OCR back to tell them about the condition of the generator after getting it back from them. I just know not to take anything to them again.

I was very impressed about OCR Small Engine. They were real nice and had a lot of knowledge about the riding mower! I will call again!

I have a portable generator that has been sitting for the last 10 years. Needless to say, it wasnt running and needed a lot of help. Tommy and crew did everything necessary to get it back into perfect running shape in a very reasonable amount of time considering they were short-handed and its the beginning of mowing season. THANKS TOMMY!
