Shannon and his Alpha team provided excellent service and greatly supported us through the whole process of getting my son's car repaired, claim processed and quickly being reimbursed for his repairs. Background - My son ran over some scrap metal which resulted not being able to continue his 9 hour drive back from his grandmothers right before New Years day. As you can imagine, everything was closed, so we had to wait several days just to contact everyone to start the process of getting his car reviewed, repaired and able to drive back to Alabama. Shannon's team and the appraiser (Kevin) were great to work with as they quickly reviewed the documentation submitted by the dealership to repair the car and walking us through the process to ease our concerns and frustration with the dealership. We are so thankful for Shannon's experience in guiding us through the process and working closely with the appraiser to quickly approve the repairs which allowed my son's car to be repaired as quick as possible for his return to Alabama. You want faith in your agent. I have that with my agent Shannon Byrd. Not only faith and trust in him but his honesty and integrity are in place ALL THE TIME! When you need your agent you usually need THEM immediately! Those are the things you can count on. I highly recommend him, even if you only need an estimate.
