        Zach came by the same day to diagnose and repair our system. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end, as well as follow-up calls to ensure that everything was continuing to go well. We were thoroughly informed throughout the entire process, and there was no pressure to purchase additional products or plans. He is transparent and ensured that we did not pay for anything that we did not need. He has solidified our continued business.

        Our heat went out, and Grizzly Heating and Air was recommended to us. Zachary is honest and respectful. He didnt try to get us to buy a new unit. He just fixed the problem and cleaned the coils. He did quick and excellent work. I would call Grizzly again and highly recommend them!

        Zachs the best! I had 2 units serviced and he explained every step of the process. He even provided me with cost effective suggestions for replacement air filters to ensure I replace them regularly to improve the life span and functionality of my units. Highly recommend!

        OUTSTANDING SERVICE, PRICING, and WORKMANSHIP!!! Zachary replaced my upstairs HVAC that was approximately 16 years old. He also found a few issues to correct from the original installation that were effecting the performance of the system. He took the time to do it RIGHT, which is rare to find these days. I cannot recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed. Great guy, great company. Highly recommend!!
