***PLEASE READ ALL***** Worked here and taken advantage of. Worked very successfully for this company for three years prior for another owner. I was convinced by the owner after seeing what I could do and my success to move me and my family to Huntsville to assist in opening this location. We did 1.98 million in our first year, setting company records. I was asked during my time there to write down a log of what to do if I wasnt there, Joe hit by a truck book the owner called it. Looking back this was part of the plan to exploit me for my knowledge as a CBA service manager, knowing he would let me go once the business was where it needed to be and he had learned what he could from me. He then, after over a year of my dedication and fighting to build his business comes to me, in the most spineless and cowardly way, asks me for my keys and explains to me that they are re-keying the building and that CBA does that after the first year. Not mentioning a hint of what he is really doing. I had an odd feeling because as I stated, I worked for CBA for three years prior for another owner and never once did this happen. I then come in the next day and he comes to me saying how well Ive done and how good I was but that the service department had outgrown meI built the service department! A service department might I add that uses the same over the coulter parts from local parts houses while marking them up around 58%-59% margin which is about 250% mark up. Its highway robbery hidden behind a pseudo Christian environment. Ask people, ask what brand part they have put on your car and do your own research! I challenge them to contest what I have said here because its 100% true. I have more than proof from my time here. They are good at smoke, mirrors, and taking advantage of people without you even realizing it.
