Diamond in the heart of the Cove! There are plenty of options when searching for an apartment complex to call your next home, but no option is better than Flint River Apartments! This quaint complex is nestled in the heart of the cove, just 5 miles from Publix, Walmart, and Lowes (Hampton). The campus is well maintained with beautiful landscaping, to include an architecturally pleasing pool and playground. The apartment we leased was in pristine condition, not a speck of dirt to be found anywhere. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and walk in closets a rare find these days in any housing, let alone an apartment. The overall floorplan was well thought out, which made move in a breeze. The in-unit washer and dryer hookups are another added plus! The property manager is perhaps one of their best assets. She is professional and engaged with not only the campus but its residents as well. There are not enough accolades to express how we feel about this property, so if you are looking for a quiet, well maintained, secure and spacious one-of-a-kind apartments in the heart of Hampton Cove/Owens Crossroads area, consider making a trip to view Flint River Apartments, you will be glad you did!
