They are an outstanding company and go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is taken care of with the utmost care and professionalism. I used them to redecorate a condo, coordinate making repairs, cleaning, maintenance, etc. You cannot go wrong with them. They even treat you as if you were long time friends. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for any need or job no matter how big or how small. And I love supporting a women owned business. Angel thank you all so much!!!

Fabulous condo! Extremely clean and well appointed. More than comfortable for our family of 7. Amazing view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back! Thanks Beach Moms!

Beach Moms was the worse decision I ever made for our family vacation. Do NOT book them! I have never left a review for a company before but I feel like this is necessary. I called prior to booking to ask some questions regarding packages due to having small children and the location we were staying. I was told not to worry, they could handle everything. Once I booked, that is when everything went south. Everything I asked for in the package I picked wasnt available. We tried to book a private chef but the minimum spend didnt work with our guest count, tried to book massages and was told we didnt have enough people. Asked them to book our beach chairs and that too they said they couldnt due to where we were staying. The frustrating thing about all of this was I called prior to talk through details and I was told, yes, they could do everything and our numbers were fine. I also want to mention I started with one women and got passed to another with no explanation. The second women I worked with was lovely (Maureen) and listened to me when I shared my concerns and then everything came to a screeching halt 3 days prior to us leaving. I received a call from, Angel, one of the owners. She screamed, yelled and was beyond rude. I tried to explain my concerns and she spoke over me, not allowing me to talk. Once she finally calmed down she agreed to let me change my package and refund me the difference. To this day I have not received my refund. I reached out in my client portal, I have called and I have sent text (as they communicate through texts) and have received zero response regarding my refund. Angel is beyond unprofessional and rude and I would not hire this company.

This was our fist time using Beach Moms. It was so nice having our groceries there and put up when we arrived. Maureen, was so kind and helpful. We talked on the phone and text several times. She made sure that she was getting exactly what we wanted. My husband and I will be back mid September and will be using Beach Moms again.

The Beach Moms service was a huge help for our family trip! The grocery list was thorough and I could add items. My beach mom called to verify a few things before shopping and even picked out some great cakes for a birthday we had that week. The groceries were neatly put away when we arrived at our rental. She also responded very quickly when I texted and asked for a recommendation during our stay. I would definitely use the Beach Moms again!
