Quick ice maker repair, technicians were out in less than 24 hours. They ordered parts and explained the process of repair, then returned a few days later to do the full repair.

Terrible experience. Took over two months to get a new icemaker delivered, then it frosted a few weeks later. They said that was normal. Manufacturer rep said that refrigerant wasnt added.
Became suspicious, did a little research and learned that the unit they sold me cost half of what they charged me and could be delivered in 4 days. Buyer beware.

Came quickly and repaired with no issues, but a bit pricey. $95 to come out plus $80/ hr labor.
